Born in the city of Tacna in Peru, Eugenio was one of the most promising Peruvian artists. Only in his mid thirties, Eugenio has held more than 45 exhibitions, including prestigious salons like the Municipalidad de Tacna, the Embassy of the U. S. and the gallery at the Banco Continental. He studied at the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes de Tacna, where he graduated with the highest honors in Painting. Additionally, he recently finished his Post-Graduate studies in Painting at the Escuela de Bellas Artes del Peru in Lima. His honors include a first place at the Concurso de Murales Urbanos in Tacna; an Honorable Mention at the Contest Quinto Lazo in Tacna; and, an Honorable Mention at the Contest organized by Michel & Cia.
